So much was looked forward to in the day,
‘Its no big deal’, was how you justified your say?

Its not about what you said was wrong or right,
Your way of expression felt the need to question my plight,

Do I deserve to be subdued on a morning so gentle?
A question I asked myself, before I become a little judgemental,

Maybe you too are not having the day you want,
Nothing is going to change if you sit back and taunt,

A lesson well learnt for you and me,
A road to change is what I hope to see,

Let’s not be the cause of a bad day for anyone,
You would have made them frown, when their day would’ve begun!
